How To Get A Flat Stomach Fast






In 2015, an article came on social media that gave me a very wrong impression about flatness, which I've had most of my life. It was about how women are obsessed with getting flat stomachs.

If you want to gain an impressive amount of weight and have that flat stomach look, you must try everything on the planet. However, I don't believe in the myth that big is bad. I still believe I'm the most beautiful woman out there, but I don't want the curvy one I got at the end of my teenage years.

I'd also read this quote about what's called the "five stages of an Indian diet." "We don't believe in fad diets that are easily faked, so we thought, we have to think of a way to get you to fall in love with eating. So we got 50 and got slim."

That never worked in my case, but to me at least, that quote made me believe I could gain an excellent amount of weight through a variety of diets.

Many people doubt if weight loss even works, they think it's a bad diet. That's an amazing idea. As an overweight person, I know it's the right diet for me!

I don't care how nice you are to everyone with a skinny frame. I don't care how skinny you are as long as you understand that you, as a person, have to be what's considered as "natural" when it comes to what's considered as "normal" weight.

It's a genetic mix, not a body transformation. There's no control over how you look once you're born. Think about this; if you were born in a different way, then it would never matter whether you went to school with skinny kids or tall kids or everyone you've ever run into or even athletes, because you would have weight problems no matter how much you tried to "normalize" yourself.

No matter how much you tried, if you weren't born with this type of genetics, then you will always be born with this genetic mix. Nobody will accept you if you don't look the way they expect you to.

You gotta realize that weight you gain on the scale is just normal for your weight. But you have to understand that weight doesn't mean anything to your biology. You're not born with a certain weight you'll carry with you your entire life. It's how your body takes in food, and it's how your body changes as you get older. If you're naturally built to be tall, you'll have more physical problems as you get older.

Do you notice that most people in your life have shorter legs? They're just built different. They're naturally built that way, they can't be "pressed up" like their tall friends, etc. And there are ways to change your body but you can't change your genetics.

This is actually why I like the philosophy of the caveat: keep your head held high, they don't take it low.

Your shape should be all-natural and organic. One way you can achieve an excellent number of pounds on the scale is to hit extreme macros, and with that said, I will no longer discuss macros at length for these articles.

However, you have to learn to understand how to gain weight instead of wanting to lose weight because even though there is one concept in this world that works, another one doesn't.

I know you're still saying "flat diet is the best" but I get it, diets are nothing more than a temporary solution. This material is only supposed to help you understand that.

You need to understand your biology. I know I don't want to admit it, but my body was designed to be a slim size. In my evolution, my body has reached the age of 34, and I still haven't reached my ideal weight. What's good is that I eat better now than I ever have before and my height doesn't matter if I want to stand at 5'5 or 6'1.

So what can you do? Read a book. Read about nutrition. Understand the difference between calories and carbs. Go on the internet and check out articles about brands that don't charge any significant price on getting weight loss results.

If that doesn't work for you, there are all kinds of "quick weight loss" products out there. For example, you can buy supplements that will help you lose weight but will not give you the results you want. Unfortunately, they won't give you strong and steady weight loss results like the kinds of results you'll see once you follow a very strict keto diet. You'll continue to be overweight no matter what you do.

If all else fails, you can always go back to your parents and try how they did it.
