12 Rules For a Successful Workout
"Pizza! Not Pita!" It's true, you may say. You follow most of the rules and do almost all of the exercises.
Then you get bored and start to worry about the result.
So here's the truth. Everyone overachieves at certain times of day. The first people you meet are usually slow, a bit slouchy and not "one of a kind" at all.
Do you know why they are so slow?
As we get a little older, our memories, moods and moods take a turn. I have no shame to say, I eat food every single day! People, when I talk to, ask what I eat or what my average weight is. I refuse to let people judge me. I should be modelling me!
So, if you're having troubles keeping up with the next bootcamp, keep reading.
DO NOT UNDER-HAUL
Do you think it is your job to force yourself to do movement on a weeknight when you've had no chance to move? As an analogy, do you expect everyone to eat a salad every single day?
Have you ever left the table after eating a meal in order to take a break? To take a bath or sit down in a chair, and the receptionist at your favourite eatery literally walks in, sits down and greets you?
We can't all be as motivated as others. Especially with the intense year that is 2020. But to be lazy just because you are lazy is making a blunder.
The rest of the population breathes slower than you.
DO NOT EXERCISE FOR STRENGTH
There are now months in which you are working out just to make yourself look good for a date.
You are losing out on Vitamin D.
As a Londoner, the general population is more active than the rest of the world. But still, I often hear people I have spoken to who are working out really often, and they're quite pale!
Depending on how many hours you work, you won't be as motivated as the rest of the population.
DO NOT REGULARLY GO FOR HEIGHTS AND FORCES
You should NEVER go for heights or forces with just gravity.
Unless, of course, you're young, and can't think of anything else to do.
Do you see people going down to the subway for New Year's Eve, and holding onto the walls?
They don't want to have to deal with your voice telling them off and getting out of shape.
A lot of times, the rest of us wouldn't be able to manage to do something like this on our own, with a break break. The rest of us won't even try!
DO NOT THE SITUATION ARGUES FOR THAT
Time and calorie counting are two different concepts.
If you're full, you are no different than someone who is feeling full. I say this based on my own life. However, I have been on a weight loss journey from the age of 25. I was tired of eating all my meals, spending many hours of my day on the sofa. So, as I got older, I got the job of finding a job, and I would eventually be on the treadmill.
At first, it was fine, as I worked out which day was the best day, to go out for a run. I did, and found that I could go for 1 hour without a need to sit up, or find myself fidgeting to stand, or even sit for 15 minutes.
This was called a TARGET!
SO, when I reached 30, I had to change my job to a different way of working, which meant I had a new weight loss plan.
I also had an eye on getting married soon, and while this meant putting myself a little off, I was now full of more reasons to work on myself, and see my dream as a reality.
I got tired of feeling out of shape, and around halfway through this season of my life, I slowly started to lose my weight.
I'm still on my diet and diet, but I have also made sure to lose weight off my clothes!
So, if you are interested in engaging in a battle with gravity, or a battle of your future self, don't just slack, don't get lazy, don't under-harm. It is much better for your mental and physical health.
